Magic class and his position is prioritized to the

He is a supporting character in the World Exploration storyline, appearing as a constant World Exploration Story party member and a Stage Boss alongside 
Strawberry Cookie in Grandberry Market Stage 11-23.
Game Description
"Wizard Cookie came to possess the Witch's Candy Wand by accident (or not?). Within it, he discovered unique magical powers. His popping candy ice cream cone hat is the finishing touch to his wizard look. - Despite being confirmed to be a child, Wizard Cookie has been known to feign being an adult in past Cookie Run titles. He has attempted to appear older by claiming his scarf is a beard, denying being young when others question his age, and so on. It can be assumed that Wizard Cookie would do this to maintain an air of wisdom and maturity similar to that of an archetypical elderly wizard.
- Interestingly, Kingdom's iteration of Wizard Cookie seems to actually dislike being called an old man, as mentioned in his poisoned-juice-induced rage in Grandberry Market.
- According to Strawberry Crepe Cookie analysis, Wizard Cookie is comprised of "70% intelligence, 29% curiosity, and 1% genius", and his dough contains popping candy.
- Affogato Cookie's April Fools' sprite shows him pouring a shot of hot espresso on Wizard Cookie, as affogatos are usually made with ice cream "drowned" in espresso.
- One of Wizard Cookie's lines, specifically "Wingardium... Jelliosa?" is a reference to Harry Potter and one of its famous spells, "Wingardium Leviosa", the "Levitation Charm", which makes objects levitate or fly. This very spell can also work on living creatures.
