
The Windmill Garden is a feature that allows players to place their Kingdom's production buildings and Cookie Houses inside a magical windmill, outside of the Kingdom's lands. It is unlocked upon reaching Cookie Castle Lv. 6 after the Production Dashboard technology has been researched in the Sugar Gnome Laboratory, after which the player must complete a small construction request. Unlike buildings kept in Storage, buildings placed in the Windmill Garden can still be used to craft materials and goods, while Cookie Houses in the Windmill Garden will still continue to create EXP Star Jellies. Cookies are not assigned to buildings inside the Windmill Garden, with all production instead being handled by Wizard Sugar Gnomes.
The Windmill Garden provides three sections for Raw Material Buildings, Craft Buildings, and Cookie Houses. Three slots are initially unlocked for both building sections, with additional slots being unlockable with Coins and Aurora Rarities. All Cookie House slots are immediately available. All buildings are stored as is; they'll retain their rotation and ground setting. Cookie Houses cannot be turned into mansions and vice versa when stored inside the Garden, so it has to be done outside of it.
