Wind Deity Cookie (Korean: 바람신령 쿠키, balam-sinlyeong kuki) is an NPC introduced in the Heaven-Splitting Lightning update (v5.4).
Alongside Rain Deity Cookie and Cloud Deity Cookie, Wind Deity Cookie is one of the three godly deputies of 
Stormbringer Cookie and upholders of the cycle of Life Powder. Her wind gathers Life Powder risen to the skies in preparation to return it to the earth.
