Veil of Salt is a stage effect featured in Silence of Conviction.
Effect[]
At the start of battle, allies excluding 
Silent Salt Cookie will receive 
Salt Rock and 
DMG Dealt -10%. If 
Charcoal Cookie is on the team, the DMG Dealt debuff will not apply.
Salt Rock is undispellable and reduces the ally's Max HP by 1% each second for an unlimited duration. Charcoal Cookie dispels this effect upon using 
Tombkeeper's Rite.
Silent Salt Cookie is immune to both effects.
