Vanilla Sugar Cookie (Korean: 바닐라슈가맛 쿠키, banillashuga-mat kuki) is an NPC introduced namelessly in the first part of Lost Kingdom update (v1.3) and properly introduced in the first part of The Council of Heroes update (v3.0).
Vanilla Sugar Cookie is an Elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders and the head of House Vanilla Sugar, whose sphere of influence is the education and training of the Republic's paladins. As with other members of the council, Vanilla Sugar Cookie holds great influence over the Republic and its politics.
Personality[]
A proud Elder from the Crème Republic, Vanilla Sugar Cookie is an elderly Cookie who speaks in a loud, raspy tone of voice due to her longevity. She is firm and serious, with determined patriotism, who feels a deep love for her Republic, as well as a traditionalist who values the past and her roots in the old Vanilla Kingdom, and considers the denizens of the Crème Republic as the rightful descendants of it. Though initially somewhat affable, Vanilla Sugar Cookie is easy to anger and quick to take offense in petty things that to her may seem disrespecteful. Her rash personality often clashes with some of her fellow Elders, such as with 
Captain Caviar Cookie, whom she openly mocked for his views. However, during the turmoil of the latest invasion by 
Dark Enchantress Cookie on the Republic, she was apologetic toward him after receiving his help, demonstrating she wasn't above reason and cordiality.
As a Vanillian, and someone who lived through the horrors of the Dark Flour War, she is often reminiscent of both her previous Kingdom and the war. Despite her advanced age she adamantly oversees the training of future paladins at the Paladin Academy in hopes they are enough to defend her Republic, hoping to prevent her Republic's destruction as it happened to the Vanilla Kingdom.

- Vanilla Sugar Cookie first made an appearance as a time-lost echo in Episode 10 of World Exploration, Timeless Kingdom, while helping guide Cookies to an airship during the evacuation of the Vanilla Kingdom.
- Vanilla Sugar Cookie shares both Korean and English voice actresses, Kim Bo-na and Tiana Camacho, with
Black Raisin Cookie.
