The Ultimate Cookie is a Cookie created by 
Dark Enchantress Cookie's researchers in an attempt to, as its name suggests, birth the ultimate evil to be used in Dark Enchantress Cookie's schemes. It first appeared in the Wind, Piercer of Darkness update (v5.9).
Unnamed and cryptic in nature, nothing is known of the true personality of this Cookie, as it is shown to be both created by and fed with massive amounts of Life Energy in an attempt to nurture a truly ultimate Cookie, disrupting the cycle of Life and nature in the process. The development of the Ultimate Cookie has caused numerous natural anomalies throughout Earthbread, being a result of the research used to recreate bodies for the Five Beasts.

Forgotten Academy/Hall of Enlightenment[]
The Ultimate Cookie can be seen a corruption of 
White Lily Cookie's original dream of creating "perfect Cookies" that would never crumble. White Lily Cookies' attempts to create such Cookies ended only in creating lifeless dough, however, leading her to attempt more and more forbidden means of achieving her ends. This would eventually result in the catastrophe that sundered the Blueberry Yogurt Academy, forcing White Lily Cookie to abandon this methodology entirely.
Towards the Light[]
Several Elemental Cookies noted disruptions in the cycle of life, some of which were weakening their respective domains. 
Frost Queen Cookie noticed that the flow of Life Energy throughout the world was accumulating in a single focus point instead of flowing freely, and sent 
Sherbet Cookie out to consult with the other elemental Cookies. 
Millennial Tree Cookie would confirm that this energy was being collected in Beast-Yeast to create a forbidden creature that would destroy the balance of the world if it were to be successfully born.
The Laboratorium[]
Dark Enchantress Cookie did not seem to forget her original failures. On Beast-Yeast, she came across tools used by the Witches to create Cookies, and used them to collect and store Life Powder. She once again attempted to bake Cookies, initially to fulfill her promise to the Beast Cookies to create them bodies of their own in exchange for their collaboration. Her initial attempts would result in failures, however, with the best of them being 
a Cookie that lacked an ingredient. She instead resorted to kidnapping other researchers to develop the process, and was thus fortunate enough to come across 
Butter Roll Cookie, an ostracized scientist who not only had a passion for baking Cookies but a dream to also create the perfect Cookie. Their combined resources eventually enabled them to successfully imbue dough with a soul.
Wind, Vanquisher of Darkness[]
With her initial obligation to the Beast Cookies to be slowly fulfilled, Dark Enchantress Cookies relegated the researcher Cookies to a different task—one that involved bringing soulless Cookies to life only to store them and channel their Life Energy to a single being. This prime recipient is the Ultimate Cookie, which gestated in the depths of the Laboratorium alongside the Beast Cookies.
Cured of its anguish, if for a fleeting moment...
Although created through malevolent means by dubious researchers, the Ultimate Cookie does not appear to be outright wicked as its creators. Upon being discovered by Wind Archer Cookie, he first assumed that it was as evil as the energy that its pure power exuded, until he noted in consternation that the Cookie was wailing and crying in despair and anguish, not actually trying to defend itself. The protector of the forest, heeding the desperate, wallowing creation (and not paying heed to Shadow Milk Cookie's web of lies) attempted to dispel and heal the Ultimate Cookie from its suffering. He managed to shoot a powerful arrow that did not penetrate the Cookie, but rather carried the consumption of Life away, allowing it to rest for a brief moment. After Wind Archer Cookie's escape, the Ultimate Cookie returned to its corrupted, Life-consuming state.
