Trader Touc is an NPC released in the first part of the Lost Kingdom update (v1.3). They manage the Trading Port, which later becomes the Trade Harbor.

Coming from a distant, tropical land, they arrive at the Cookie Kingdom with dreams of opening a bustling trading hub.
