Toothpaste Cookie (Korean: 치약초코 쿠키, chiyag-choko kuki, "Toothpaste Choco Cookie") is an NPC antagonist introduced in the Interdimensional Super Mayhem update (v2.2) who appears in the Dragon's Valley Story. He is part of 
Twizzly Gummy Cookie's crew of outlaws, joining her in causing mayhem across other worlds.
He appears to be an alternate version of 
Mint Choco Cookie, playing an electric violin instead of a wooden one. While he is similarly skilled in music, he is condescending and abrasive in personality, being the first to complain of any inconvenience he experiences. However, he seems to be relatively rational in his thinking and has been seen warning Twizzly Gummy Cookie of making foolish decisions.
Twizzly Gummy Cookie describes him as "SOOO MINTY that he's snarky and bitey, but he's got FRESH tunes".

- Despite being representative of toothpaste rather than mint chocolate like
Mint Choco Cookie, Toothpaste Cookie appears to have chunks of chocolate in his hair much like mint chocolate ice cream often does while Mint Choco Cookie does not. - Toothpaste Cookie's original Korean name (치약초코 쿠키, chiyag-choko kuki) translates to Toothpaste Choco Cookie in English.
- In his title screen sprite, Toothpaste Cookie is missing one of his gloves.
