“ The Time Jumper is the central part of the Time Balance Department's Time Travel Machine. Use it to speed up completed battles. „
Time Jumpers are a Miscellaneous item introduced in the Frost Witch and the Lantern in the Snow update (v2.4) on November 18, 2021. They are unlocked once the player has cleared Stage 4-1 in World Exploration, and can be regularly earned from Cookie Alliance and Balloon Expeditions exploring Episode 8 and beyond.
Time Jumpers can be used to instantly clear any previously-cleared stage in World Exploration, Special Episodes, Daily Bounties, Tower of Sweet Chaos, Tropical Soda Islands, Cookie Alliance, and Trial Grounds. For World Exploration and Special Episodes, Time Jumpers can only be used on stages with all three stars earned, meaning that they must first be cleared without losing any Cookies. For Cookie Alliance, Time Jumpers can only be used on campaigns where all Waves have been cleared.
Rewards gained from clearing most stages with a Time Jumper are identical to those gained from manually clearing stages, and includes reward bonuses from Burning Time events and Ginkgoblin's Trophy Safe. The only exception to this is Cookie Alliance, where Time Jumpers cannot be obtained as rewards from campaigns cleared with Time Jumpers.
Trivia[]
- Twizzly Gummy Cookie uses a time jumper to transport herself and her crew to other timelines. Croissant Cookie reveals that this is stolen Time Balance Department technology.
- Incidentally, Twizzly Gummy Cookie introduces the Time Jumper once the player unlocks them and attempts a stage that they can use one on.
- A later update in Cookie Run: Ovenbreak would feature Time Manipulators, which resemble a more compact Time Jumper with only one clock hand.
- The zigzag clock hand is notably similar to the one on Timekeeper Cookie's goggles. Both clock hands even point to the same direction.
