The Flower City is a Special Episode introduced in Perfumer's Quest update (v5.12). It is unlocked once the player clears Crispia 3-25 in Story Mode, though it can be unlocked early by purchasing it with 3,000 
Crystals (or 300 Crystals during the Perfumer's Quest update).
Overview[]
The Flower City is composed of various levels and areas, where players progress in a very similar fashion to World Exploration. Battle levels use Yellowbird Quills to progress, which refill over time (or are obtained from event). By clearing stages, players can earn Coins, Kingdom EXP, Cookie EXP, and Osmanthus Catnip Coins. Camellia Crests can also be earned from levels during The Flower City update.
Players have the choice to play any level in either Story, Normal, or Hard difficulty. Clearing a level difficulty will also clear for all difficulties below the cleared one, which will grant the player First Clear rewards from all difficulties cleared.

This Yellowbird Quill was made by a craftsman who filled feathers with cheery sunlight. It makes strokes light and precise, exudes a pleasant floral aroma, and is used as the currency in "The Flower City." |
Yellowbird Quills refill at the speed of 1 quill/40 min. 12 quills can be obtained 3 times by either purchasing with 300 Crystals or watching ads. They can also be obtained by purchasing certain packages.

Osmanthus Catnip Coins are the main rewards in this Special Episode. Players can exchange Osmanthus Catnip Coins for various items in The Flower City Shop, which can be accessed by tapping on Catnip Cookie in the stage selection.

Appearing Cookies[]
As players progress through the story, they'll encounter various characters. Information about them is added in the "Appearing Cookies" section as the story progresses, where players can review the lore about these cookies. Completing all information of a character will reward the player 100 Crystals.
Golden Osmanthus Cookie[]
- "I want to help other Cookies with my incenses!"
- She left the mansion to seek freedom over comfort.
- She's usually calm and confident, but sometimes worries too much about the safety of other Cookies.
- She is worried that her actions might distance herself from someone important in her life.
- Her little sister can be a headache at times, but that will never change the love she has for her.
Rich Merchant Cookie[]
- The price of Twilight Lotus flowers skyrocketed due to the disrupted season cycle, but this seasoned merchant was able to get enough seeds.
- He loves colorful, expensive garments. Apparently, it's a way to gain respect from other Cookies?
- Back in the day, he delivered goods outside the city with the head merchant. Were he not attacked by a Cookievorous Plant, he might have led a completely different life!
- Although he longs for a life outside the Flower City, he doesn't want to leave his customers behind.

Camellia Cookie[]

- He has been considering leaving the Flower City with his friend after hearing a terrifying sound from the forest.
Capybara[]
- Capybara's Appearing Cookies section of The Flower City reads as such:

- This Capybara is uninterested in what's(sic) goes on around them... Even when a Cookievorous Plant bonks them on the head...
- Tangerines started to pile up on their head... But no one knows why!
- Passerby Cookies try to talk to them, but they are always quiet.
Messenger Pigeon[]
- "The blue Cookie in black robes is the best! He always gives tasty treats!"
- This pigeon is looking fluffier than ever with the seasonal changes.
- This journey was especially tiring since Camellia Cookie's letter was so heavy!
- This pigeon is getting tired... Maybe it's time to start working out again...
- This bird leaped in joy when the Divine Guardian's power returned, but quickly went back to sleep.
