The Error Report is a Special Records Story released in the Goddess of Eternal Gold mid-update (v4.13). Episodes of the Story can be obtained through the Mozzarella Cookie's Mining Missions Event by clearing milestone missions.

The story primarily follows Mozzarella Cookie as she confronts a surprising error in the Golden City's Colosseum.
