Tarte Tatin Cookie (Korean: 타르트타탕맛 쿠키, talututatang-mat kuki) is an Epic Cookie who first appeared as an NPC in Legend of the Red Dragon, released alongside 
Snapdragon Cookie in the second part of The Legend of the Red Dragon update (v4.6). She is of the 
Ranged type and is prioritized in the 
Rear.
Tarte Tatin Cookie is a seasoned dragon hunter and an old friend of 
Hollyberry Cookie.

Years and years of carrying around her customized cannon on dragon hunts far and wide has helped build Tarte Tatin Cookie's reputation as an extremely skilled and experienced dragon hunter. The way she confronts the dragons, massive threats to all Cookiekind, without even a trace of fear is reminiscent of the Ancient Heroes. It inspires the Cookies around her and sets their battle spirit aflame! Tarte Tatin Cookie may seem hard to approach because of her aloof personality and serious attitude. But unlike her cold exterior, she has a warm side to her that means she never forgets a friend. After all, the best hunters are those who have a lot to protect. You're sure to find Tarte Tatin Cookie fighting another enormous beast somewhere again today, firing her cannon without hesitation. BOOM!

- Regular attacks deal damage to all targets within a medium area around the primary target. All targets damaged are pushed back a minor distance, with the primary target pushed back twice as far.
Enhanced skill indicator
- The skill becomes enhanced on every other use.
- Enhanced Cannonball Extra DMG to Bosses: 1178.6% of ATK.
- Tarte Tatin Cookie has to hit enemies with either her regular attack or skill first before their defeat can grant her ATK Up.
- All ATK Up buffs granted by the skill through defeating enemies are undispellable, and refresh in duration whenever a buff stack would be applied.

Tarte Tatin Cookie is an experienced, wizened dragon hunter who is very fond of and protective of Dragon City. She is shown to have a deep resentment of dragons, viewing them as threats to Cookies with the knowledge of their history with Cookies.
Tarte Tatin Cookie takes the job of a dragon hunter very seriously, preferring to work alone. She views the role of a dragon hunter as critical to the survival of Cookies, seeing it as eliminating the threat before it eliminates you.

- Tarte Tatin Cookie's Appearing Cookies section in Legend of the Red Dragon reads as such:

- Tarte Tatin Cookie's original Korean name (타르트타탕맛 쿠키, talututatang-mat kuki) appears to be a pun; "타탕" (tatang), while being a transliteration of "Tatin", is also an onomatopoeia in Korean representing a gunshot or impact sound (i.e. "boom" or "bang").
