Super Epic Cookies are those of a Rarity of Cookies above Epic Cookies, first introduced in the Council of Heroes update (v3.0). The odds for obtaining them or their respective Soulstones in the Gacha are low. There are currently 9 Super Epic Cookies in the game.
Super Epic Cookies possess Skills with substantially-unique qualities, putting them above the average Epic Cookie. While they are still listed below Dragon, Legendary, Ancient, and Beast Cookies in terms of power, they are nevertheless able to easily clear through PvE content and can be a valuable investment should the right strategy arise for them.
Super Epic Cookies are most easily acquired from their respective Event Gachas. Their Soulstones and Soulcores can be specifically obtained from the Medal Shop and Town Square Shop, and much like Dragons, Legendaries, Ancients, and Beasts are absent from most other sources of Cookie Soulstones.

- The Super Epic Rarity was first introduced to the Cookie Run franchise in Cookie Run: OvenBreak as a Costume Rarity rather than a Cookie Rarity, situated between the Epic and Legendary Rarities.
Clotted Cream Cookie, Stardust Cookie, Crimson Coral Cookie, Elder Faerie Cookie, Cookie rarities that are Legendary+ don't have the korean word "맛" in their names which means "flavor" in korean.
