The Sugar Quarry is the building for harvesting Sugar Cubes. It becomes available from the Construction Shop after creating the Cookie Castle (possible after Stage 2-1). A second Sugar Quarry can be built after upgrading the Cookie Castle to level 5. The building starts with 4 queue slots. Sugar Cubes are stored in stacks of 50, and can be sold for 6 coins each, or 300 coins for a full stack.

It is the second production building and its materials are used in a lot of recipes for other Goods. The amount of Sugar Cubes required for various goods increases very fast, and it is advisable to never stop producing more so long as you are also manufacturing Goods at the same time.

The first few Sugar Cubes are obtained through cleaning up the map, though this is not a sustainable method of obtaining cubes.
