Sugar Glass Cookie is an NPC first introduced in the Fateful Moonrise update (v4.1). She first appears in the story of Eternal City of Wizards via recorded memories and later in Crunchy Dreams.
Initially tasked with remaining alone in the Memory Greenhouse to deliver a message to 
one who may arrive at the City, this meek Cookie instead chooses to leave with her friend to experience the world, leaving only a Memory Flower behind.
While she is not playable in Kingdom, she is fully playable in Cookie Run: OvenBreak.
Game Description (OvenBreak)[]
A lone greenhouse built with stained glass, containing the history of the wizards, shines brilliantly upon the horizon. Within this mysterious greenhouse lies the Labyrinth of Remembrance and its watcher, Sugar Glass Cookie. With transparent wings delicately stitched together with sugar glass, the caretaker floats quietly through the air and tends to the memories blooming inside the greenhouse's flowers. With the utmost care, the Labyrinth Watcher checks to see if these visions of the past are forming perfectly. A gentle-natured and fragile Cookie, her heart grieves all day when discovering a withered petal. As the years have passed, the greenhouse's stained glass windows have also deteriorated, some beyond repair. But Sugar Glass Cookie, with wings as bright as the sun, continues to keep watch. She often looks up at the endless panes of glass for an answer... but the wizards remain silent as always.

- As of the Fateful Moonrise update (v4.1), Sugar Glass Cookie is the most recently released Cookie Run: OvenBreak Cookie to make an NPC appearance in Cookie Run: Kingdom, preceded by Croissant Cookie.
- Amber Sugar Cookie also seems to appear alongside her in Eternal City of Wizards, though he has no sprites and is not labeled by name.
- In Eternal City of Wizards, it is implied that the story of the Labyrinth of Remembrance OvenBreak Event had already occurred. However, neither
GingerBrave nor 
Strawberry Cookie, who were both involved in that story, show any recognition of Sugar Glass Cookie or the Remembrance Glass. GingerBrave even admits that he had "never seen anything like that". - Sugar Glass Cookie's Korean voice actress, Shin Na-ri, also provides the voice of Complaining Passenger and Musician Passenger,
- Sugar Glass Cookie's Japanese voice actress, Mutō Shiori, also provides the voice of Seaweed Cookie, Jelly Wormy, and Fluffy Passenger,
- Sugar Glass Cookie's English voice actress, Dani Chambers, also provides the voice of
Caramel Arrow Cookie, Nougat Cookie, Granola Cookie, and Complaining Passenger.
