The Strict Professor (Korean: 깐깐한 마법사, kkankkanhan mabeobsa, "Strict Wizard") is an NPC introduced in the Beacons of Unity update (v1.2) as a member of the Parfaedian Council.
The Strict Professor plays a minor supporting role in the Flame of Unity Story and One Year of Kingdom: Side Stories.

Strict Professor is present at 
Cream Puff Cookie's trial on allegedly practicing unsanctioned magic and intends to penalize her accordingly, though instead tasks Cream Puff Cookie with lighting the Beacons after being informed of how dire the situation in the city is.
Cream Puff Cookie, alongside Almond Cookie and 
Latte Cookie, successfully ignites the Beacon and drive away the Red Velvet Dragon, saving Parfaedia and instead earning the title of Wizard rather than a punishment. Strict Professor is the one who proclaims the wizarding induction ceremony completed and dismisses the council session.
