Stink-Eye Tortuca (Korean: 스팅키 잭, sutingki jaeg, "Stinky Jack") is an NPC and the main antagonist of the Tropical Soda Islands Story, first appearing in the Tropical Soda Islands update (v1.6).
The captain of the Durianeers, Stink-Eye Tortuca leads them to attack and plunder the Tropical Soda Islands. He imprisons others such as Yogurt Cream Cookie and 
Princess Cookie after taking their riches in a rigged game while keeping more useful Cookies such as 
Sparkling Cookie and 
Sorbet Shark Cookie around to serve him and his crew.
He returns again in the story of of Summer Soda Rock Festa, sabotaging the shows of the other Cookies with the Durian Staff so that Shacka Rocka can have the main stage.

Unused Tropical Raids lobby animation
- Stink-Eye Tortuca is strongly based upon a durian, as the name of his crew suggests, alongside other tropical fruits. Durians are infamous for their foul smell, which inspired the captain's stinky name.
- Stink-Eye Tortuca's original name in the Korean text (스팅키 잭, sutingki jaeg) translates to Stinky Jack in English. This name references jackfruits, another spiky fruit with a foul smell similar to durians.
- Stink-Eye Tortuca has a slew of files in the original Tropical Soda Isles update suggesting that he was intended to have a large presence in Tropical Raids like the Giant Squid of the Deep Sea, including a full set of complete battle animations and two "popup" animations to be played in the Tropical Raids lobby. It is unclear why Stink-Eye Tortuca as a Boss was cut from the Tropical Raids game mode.
