This is the day! You have received an invitation to the famous Sparkling Party. Sparkling Cookie greets you personally with a dazzling smile and offers a glass of Sparkling Juice. All the guests are fascinated with his impeccable manners and looks: his boyish rolled up sleeves and bouncy bubble hair. It is going to be the best holiday party ever!

- Sparkling Cookie resists interrupting effects while performing his Magic Candy skill.
- When enhanced to Lv. 10, Sparkling Cookie passively gains a stack of Sparkling Cocktail whenever he receives healing from any source. Stacks are consumed at 5 stacks, granting Healing Up to all allies.
- Dispels only dispellable instances of Healing Down. Does not dispel debuffs that reduce healing such as Consuming Darkness.

Sparkling Cookie is a Cookie of average height with tan-dough. He has dark-green eyes with white eyelashes, accompanied by a wide, charming smile he uses to enhance his appearance. He has shining yet bubbly short yellow hair that resembles the sparkling liquid of a cocktail, combed and styled neatly.
For his attire, he wears a white blouse with rolled up boyish sleeves, while donning black pants held up by green suspenders and covered by a brown cummerbund. He holds what resembles a golden cocktail shaker on his left hand.
