Snow King (Korean: 스노우킹, sunouking) is an NPC introduced at launch as part of 
Snow Sugar Cookie's Skill, 
Blizzard. He made his first speaking appearance during the Icicle Yeti's Winter Song update (v4.14).
Snow King is a Snow Elemental from a faraway land summoned by Snow Sugar Cookie's wand who is now their closest friend and protector.

Snow Sugar Cookie summoned the Snow King with their wand, he was a Snow Elemental from far far away. - He can only communicate in "Hmm"s, but Snow Sugar Cookie can understand it all!
