Silent Salt Cookie (Korean: 사일런트솔트 쿠키, sailleontu-soltu kuki) is one of the five Beast Cookies of Cookie Run: Kingdom. He is the last Beast to be released, being made playable alongside 
Charcoal Cookie in the Silence of Conviction update (v6.9) after appearing briefly in a Secrets of the Silver Kingdom update (v5.0) cinematic. He is of the 
Ambush type and his position is prioritized to the 
Front.
Known as the Devil of Silence and the Justiciar of Silence, Silent Salt Cookie stands alone and cares no longer for the world of Cookies. He wields the power of Silence, a corrupted side of the Virtue of Solidarity he once held. He was the original owner of 
White Lily Cookie's Soul Jam, being stripped of it upon his descent into despair.
Game Description
It is said that he never ruled like the other Emissaries of the gods. Instead, he stood as the first among equals, bound by the oath of Solidarity. He and his loyal knights thus preached his Virtue across the Great Barren. Alas... Was the weight of his divine mission too great to bear alone? Even he, a warrior of unparalleled discipline, fell to whispers of corruption. After unleashing a calamity that claimed the lives of every Cookie who stood with him, he was sealed by magic, condemned to an eternity in darkness. His countless victims were cursed to wander endlessly through the land no living Cookie dared tread—the Land of Silence, as it was now called. Yet this tale was not destined to end there. Eons later, the Beasts awoke once more. Now, clad in black armor, gleaming in the pale, salt-crystal light of the moon, Silent Salt Cookie returns to his domain, carrying the same haunting stillness he left behind when he first swung his sword as the Devil of Silence.

- Silent Salt Cookie's initial Cooldown has a 0.44x multiplier.
- Becomes intangible and immune to ATK SPD changes during the skill.
- Has a 6 second cast time.
Silence Eternal
- Upon using the skill, Silent Salt Cookie gains an undispellable
DMG Dealt Up buff. - Covers the battlefield in darkness, preventing all non-Immunity targets from moving for 2.5 sec, and inflicts Silence for 2 seconds on them, which is applied every 1 second over 3 seconds.
Lunar Slash
- During the charge, knocks back targets far enough to be hit from Lunar Slash.
- Cleaves the moon, preventing all targets (including Immunity) from moving for 2 sec and inflicting Weakness. Also inflicts Consuming Darkness if the target is a non-Cookie.
- If the target is a non-Cookie, each hit of Moon Explosion inflicts Consuming Darkness. After the last hit of Moon Explosion, the target receives DMG Dealt Down.
Forsaken Freedom- This effect is undispellable.
- Silent Salt Cookie will grant himself buffs after resisting effects that pause or increase his Cooldown.
Fury of the Catacombs
- At the start of battle, inflicts Fury of the Catacombs onto the highest ATK target. This effect is undispellable, and reduces the target's Cooldown Recovery and Total DMG Dealt.
- This effect is shown as a purple sigil above the target. The debuff itself does not stack and has no visual stacking indicator, but has a hidden counter that increases; x1 every second, x3 when the affected target uses their skill, or x4 after Moon Explosion is cast. After x7 stacks, the counter resets and triggers Punishment upon the target.
- Punishment is indicated as a pillar of darkness befalling the target. Inflicts an undispellable Silence.
Wrath of the Catacombs
- Once per battle, when the team's total HP reaches 70%, Silent Salt Cookie gains Invulnerable for 1 sec and resets his skill Cooldown.
- This effect is shown as a magenta sigil above the target.
- Fury of the Catacombs is removed from the target. After Moon Explosion is cast or 15 seconds have passed, Punishment is triggered on the target and removes this effect. Fury of the Catacombs applies again on the highest ATK target after 2.5 seconds.
- Silence from Punishment is undispellable.
- If the target's HP falls below 3.5% from Punishment DMG, they will be instantly defeated (displayed as 9999999 DMG).

The Devil of Silence is a tall and imposing figure. His helmet's shape evokes that of a skull, with two sharp eye slits and holes on its top to resemble a salt shaker, as well as an ever-burning plume at the back. His black armor is a literal shadow of his former self: jagged, large pauldrons rest heavy on his shoulders, accompanied by a horn-like gorget and a tattered yet blazing cape, and at its center, the chestplate contains the Soul Jam, the Light of Silence. It is an onyx gray with two lightning bolt shapes alongside it.

Trivia
- Silent Salt Cookie's loading screen trivia states, "According to legend, Silent Salt Cookie's faithful warhorse, Nox Black Salt, stood by his side until the very last moment." Another loading screen trivia states, "Only Silence greeted Silent Salt Cookie upon his return."

- Silent Salt Cookie's horse is named Nox Black Salt (녹스블랙솔트, noksubullaeksoltu), "nox" being a Latin word referring to the night.
- Prior to the teasers for his update, Cookie Run: Kingdom's project director Kim Ihwan confirmed that Silent Salt Cookie is male.[1]
- Long after his initial reveal on the 3rd Anniversary of Cookie Run: Kingdom website alongside the other Beasts, Silent Salt Cookie's true appearance was slowly unveiled through a series of teasers spanning August 2025.
- A Beast Cookie-themed credit card, produced through Cookie Run: Kingdom's collaboration with Shinhan Card and revealed on August 2nd, 2025 (10:00 GMT +9), depicted Silent Salt Cookie with a clearer appearance than ever before. The card also featured a portion of what may be an early version of his gacha background, in which the phases of the moon are visible.
- Another image released through an INVEN interview days later confirmed the design seen on the credit card as canon.
- The entirety of Silent Salt Cookie was shown off in-game upon the onset of the Premonition of Doom update (v6.8)'s Impending Judgment Kingdom Arena Seasons. His Story sprites and a piece of art used in his gacha sequence were featured in UI assets, and his likeness was depicted in the Arena Statues for the season.

- Prior to the playable release of Silent Salt Cookie, the position of his Soul Jam was unclear, as some depictions of him placed it on his chest/abdomen[2] while others showed it fixed to his sword.[3] Similarly, it had been shown as being either violet,[4] black,[5] or gray/white in color.[6] In the end, it was found to be placed on his chest and grey as ash.
- The Recruit Adventurers subpage of the 3rd Anniversary of Cookie Run: Kingdom website, being published on January 5th, 2024 at around 2:00 PM GMT +9, accidentally included far more information on Beast-Yeast and the Faerie Kingdom than was intended. Here, Silent Salt Cookie, alongside Silverbell Cookie, Mercurial Knight Cookie, Elder Faerie Cookie, and the other Beast Cookies, was revealed. This content was swiftly removed and reinstated on the site's main page about 4 days later with slight changes.
