Rockstar Cookie. She is of the 
Magic type and her position is prioritized to the 
Middle.
Shining Glitter Cookie is a globe-trotting pop star making her debut in rock n' roll at the Summer Soda Rock Festa. She is said to have been bandmates with the stoic 
Black Lemonade Cookie in her younger years.
Shining Glitter Cookie stars in her sparkling hit single "Glittering Dreams".

In the morning, she is in a music show on TV. In the afternoon, smiling at you from a signed poster in a café. In the evening, dancing on a giant neon billboard! Not a day goes by without seeing Shining Glitter Cookie! Her songs are guaranteed instant hits, her live performance are unrivaled. At the peak of her pop stardom, she's ready to take on a new genre: ROCK! Turns out Shining Glitter Cookie was a fan of rock music all along. Shining Glitter Cookie is an average-sized, slim Cookie with fair dough. She has straight bangs swept to the right, and her hairstyle is a high ponytail in a mixture of pink, blue and black with white streaks covered in white sparkles. Her ponytail then fades into a gradient in baby blue and curls up at the end. She has small bright pink side hairs that have the appearance of twin drills. She wears a black ribbon on her head with the inside being pink, white and lavender and a bright pink heart outline in the middle. She wears a sleeveless black shirt with a neon pink heart and a magenta arrow going through it, a thick magenta belt covered in spikes around her waist, as well as a magenta plaid skirt.
She wears pink-purple striped stockings with one being below her knee. Her eyes are sky blue with smaller pink highlights, and her dough is tattooed with a heart on her arm and right cheek. She wears eyeshadow consisting of pink and black, covered in blue specks. She wears two bracelets on her left arm, one being neon blue and the other neon pink. She wears a black arm warmer on her right arm.

In her popstar outfit, Shining Glitter Cookie has long neon pink hair that splits up into 5 sections with flat straight bangs, having white, lavender and black streaks in it. She has 2 long straight hairs on her shoulders that cut off abruptly with white streaks in the middle. She wears a bow on her head, matching her hair colors of lavender, black, pink and white.
She wears a V neck black shirt that covers her arms entirely with puffy sleeves that protrude outward with pink highlights. She wears high-waisted white pants with a black belt with a blush heart outline in the middle with 2 circles on each side. She wears black knee boots with pink highlights. Her eyeshadow is lavender with white specks in it.
