Romance Kingdom: Sugar Sweet Destiny is an Event released in The Triple Cone Cup Begins! update (v4.3) on March 30th, 2023 to celebrate April Fools. It ended on April 20th, 2023.

Blossoming Hearts
	This token of affection can be used on the Kingdom High campus during the exciting spring season when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. It's a miraculous item full of sweet spring vibes that helps you with relationships AND gives you a second chance at winning the heart of others. Let the Blossoming Heart speak for you in this beautiful spring season of love!

Overview

Set in the idyllic high school of Kingdom High, Romance Kingdom is a story-based, dating-simulator style Event which parodies early-2000's Japanese visual novels. In it, a player can romance humanized high-school Cookies (with varying levels of success), with the potential love interests being Rachel Raspberry, Herbert Hoo, Marcus Madeleine, Derek DaChoco, and Serena Faire (and maybe someone else?).

Starting a new playthrough costs 15 Blossoming Hearts, the Event's energy system. Blossoming Hearts refill over time. If a player receives a Bad Ending, they may also pay 15 Blossoming Hearts to begin another playthrough starting from their previous choice.

Successful completion of story segments, or achieving endings, gives the player various rewards. After achieving a Happy Ending with a given partner, the player can give their partner gifts to fill their Affection meter and earn even more rewards.

Gifting

After reaching a Happy Ending with a partner, players will be able to give them gifts, up to a maximum of 10 per day. Players may gift one of six different chosen goods, which are taken from either the player's storage or paid for with an appropriate number of Blossoming Hearts. Gifts give a fixed number of Affection Points depending on their position in the grid, connoted by how many Blossoming Hearts it would take to gift the item. Goods gifted this way do not grant Trade Points.

For each selection of items, each partner may be tapped to give a comment hinting at which item they would grant bonus Affection Points for. The selection of gifts refreshes every day and may be refreshed either for free once per day or after spending 5 Blossoming Hearts.

• Herbert Hoo's last name is derived from Herb Cookie's "hoo hoo" slide voice lines in both OvenBreak and Kingdom.
• Lily White has the most character sprites with having five in total while the other four characters only have four in total.
• Lily White's segments appear to be inspired by Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club.
• The backgrounds used are various free-to-use visual novel backgrounds, which can be found here.
• Dark Cacao Cookie is mentioned as a "corporate bigwig" by the bullies when the player takes out the trash. He appears later in Derek's route as "Chairman Dark Cacao".
