Rich Merchant Cookie (Simplified Chinese: 富有的集市货郎饼干, fùyǒu de jí shì huòláng bǐnggān, "Rich Market Merchant Cookie"; Korean: 부유한 상인 쿠키, buyuhan sang-in kuki) is an NPC who first appeared in the Perfumer's Quest update (v5.12).
He is a seasoned merchant of the Flower City that sells all the wares any Cookie would need. His business is lucrative even through a crisis.
