Red Velvet Cookie (Korean: 벨벳케이크맛 쿠키, belbetkeikeu-mat kuki) is an antagonist of Cookie Run: Kingdom and an Epic Cookie released alongside Devil Cookie in the second half of the Tiers of Chaos update (version 1.5.001). He is of the Charge type, and his position is prioritized to the Front.
Red Velvet Cookie is a servant of the Darkness who runs the Tower of Sweet Chaos and is responsible for the mass production of Cake Monsters.
"OBEY ME, MY BEASTS!" Red Velvet Cookie's order, like a thunderbolt, rolls over the battlefield. "FALL IN!" And the horde of snarling Cake Monsters obediently assumes a dreadful battle formation. The crimson general personally leads his legion into battle, sowing fear with his clenched cake fist and his black eye gleaming with the dark fire of battle fervor. The battle-hardened warrior will see his mission to its end with precision and relentlessness. "UNLEASH CHAOS, MY BEASTS!" he roars as the battle begins. Adding silently: "But please, come back alive...""

Red Velvet Cookie's basic attacks cleave, striking up to two random enemies near his target.
Red Velvet Cookie has dark mauve dough with two toned eyes: one black with a ellipse-shaped sapphire pupil, the other solid sapphire-blue. His hair is black with red highlights; styled in a messy side part pulled back in a ponytail. He has a striped red and white cake arm with a white palm and backhand and a normal Cookie arm, which holds his saw.
He wears a red shirt and a dark red coat with a fluffy red and white fur collar. His pants are white with a red band on the right thigh, supported by a black belt. He also wears black boots with rubies on them, similar to the ruby on his saw.
Personality
Unlike the other members of Dark Enchantress Cookie's group, Red Velvet Cookie treats his Cake Monster comrades empathetically. He trains them diligently, encourages them to perform well, and takes care of their health. He even first regards Pastry Cookie as a potential recruit before their battle, and works tirelessly to produce more of them.
He is a firm supporter of Dark Enchantress Cookie's extreme philosophy, believing that all of Earthbread must be taken over and rebuilt anew. He wholeheartedly rejects the idea that Cake Monsters must be destroyed while only Cookies are allowed to live freely, seeing both races as equally worthy of life and fighting to make a place for Cake Monsters in the world.

Red Velvet Cookie is the second playable Cookie Run: Kingdom Cookie to have lost a limb. However, he is the first to have a limb replacement.
Though it's known that Red Velvet Cookie received his Cake Arm from Dark Enchantress Cookie as a child, his Cake Monster-like eye has never been explained.
Red Velvet Cookie shares a few similarities with Black Raisin Cookie, having both lost their right arm at some point in their lives and both having differently colored eyes.
Red Velvet Cookie is known to treat Cakeberus, Chiffon, and other Cake Monsters like cherished pets and family members rather than disposable underlings.
His quote about taking Chiffon for a walk actually refers to Cakeberus in the original Korean text.
