Red Osmanthus Cookie (Simplified Chinese: 丹桂饼干, dān guì bǐnggān; Korean: 단계화맛 쿠키, dangyehwa-mat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released in the Perfumer's Quest update (v5.12) alongside 
Camellia Cookie and 
Golden Osmanthus Cookie. She is of the 
Ranged type and her position is prioritized to the 
Middle.
Though said to be the epitome of grace and elegance by her fans, the illustrious pipa player Red Osmanthus Cookie is actually impetuous, hotheaded, and vain. This spirited Cookie takes deep pride in her place in the Flower City's esteemed Osmanthus clan and in her own beauty and talents, erupting in anger whenever one dares besmirch her name or that of her family.
Despite her many admirers, she only truly cares for the attention and approval of her older sister, Golden Osmanthus Cookie—of whom she can be quite possessive.

At the highest point of Osmanthus Academy, a lone Cookie strums the delicate strings of her pipa—the enchanting Red Osmanthus Cookie. With each breath of the wind, the melody drifts through the air, captivating passing Cookies with her elegance and grace. This Cookie was trained from a young age in poise and high-class etiquette, though many remember her only for her breathtaking beauty. No matter how many Cookies try to befriend her, she turns away, her gaze distant, her heart longing for the attention of one special Cookie... Until that day comes, Red Osmanthus Cookie will continue to play this melancholy melody.

- Like Golden Osmanthus Cookie and other characters in the Perfumer's Quest update (v5.12), Red Osmanthus Cookie's story sprites are of a much lower resolution in global Cookie Run: Kingdom than they are in 冲呀！饼干人：王国. Specifically, they are merely half of the size that they originally were, leading to a noticeable drop in image quality.
- Red Osmanthus Cookie's overworld animation rig was directly built off of that of Parfait Cookie. Evidence of this includes the texture sheets of Red Osmanthus Cookie's default appearance rig in 冲呀！饼干人：王国 and Masked Red Osmanthus Cookie including pieces of Parfait Cookie's textures, Red Osmanthus Cookie's rig containing object labels left over from Parfait Cookie's files like "chocostick," "apple," and "candystool," and many of the two's animations playing out in practically the same ways such as their "lose," "personal2," and "call_user" animations.
- Red Osmanthus Cookie's overworld animations are laden with visual errors as compared to how they were intended to appear, or how they appear in 冲呀！饼干人：王国. These errors are most visible in her face, in which many of her animations use the wrong facial features. This was likely caused in part by Devsisters' retroactive removal of Parfait Cookie's overworld textures from Red Osmanthus Cookie's overworld textures sheet.
