The meter fills up when ally Cookies are hit, and it will trigger Rationalization once it is full. On Hard, the meter will increase further over a certain period of time after getting hit. Eternal Sugar Cookie and Pavlova Cookie will gain ATK and ATK SPD buffs, and have their Cooldowns reset. Other Cookies will have their ATK, ATK SPD, and damage received increased, and have their Cooldowns paused.

Rationalization is a stage effect featured in Garden of Sweet Delights.

Effect

The Rationalization meter fills up by 1 point every second, and another 1 point (4 points on Hard Mode) whenever an ally uses their skill (Cooldown of 5 sec).

Once the meter reaches the maximum, it will trigger Rationalization, granting the following undispellable effects:

• Rationalization ( Eternal Sugar Cookie, Pavlova Cookie): ATK SPD +50%, ATK +30%, and Cooldown reset; lasts for 10 sec
• Rationalization (Other allies): ATK SPD -50%, Received DMG +50%, ATK -50% for 3 sec; Cooldown pause; lasts for 10 sec

The debuff pierces through intangibility and Immunity. If a Cookie is either Safeguarded or transformed when they would receive the RaTionalization debuff, they will ignore the Cooldown-pausing effect.
