Rain Deity Cookie (Korean: 비신령 쿠키, bi-sinlyeong kuki) is an NPC introduced in the Heaven-Splitting Lightning update (v5.4).
Alongside Cloud Deity Cookie and Wind Deity Cookie, Rain Deity Cookie is one of the three godly deputies of 
Stormbringer Cookie and upholders of the cycle of Life Powder. Their rain returns Life Powder to the earth after it has risen to the skies.
