Quiz Game is a limited-time Town Square Event released in Welcome! MyCookie update (v5.7). In this event, players win various rewards by answering questions that revolve around the Cookie Run: Kingdom lore. It runs from July 17th, 2024 to August 14th, 2024.

A Quiz Game Ticket is required to play a round. Players can have a maximum of 10 tickets. Tickets refill at a rate of 1 ticket every 15 minutes, and but also be obtained by purchasing certain packages. 3 Quiz Game Tickets can be obtained 3 times each day by watching an ad or spending 300 Town Square Coins. Another 10 tickets can be obtained every other day for 100 Town Square Coins each from the Town Square's Catnip Cookie.
Unlike the Town Square, the Quiz Game has separate channels for each major region, with all players within a region competing against each other. Players can only play the Quiz Game during specific time periods throughout the day (listed in GMT +9):
- 00:00 – 02:00
- 05:00 – 07:00
- 11:00 – 13:00
- 16:00 – 18:00
- 20:00 – 22:00
5-20 players arrive in a designated area for the quiz game, with each players having 3 hearts. Once the game starts, players answer questions by moving their MyCookie to the area that corresponds to their chosen answer. Players will gain points if their answer is correct, but will lose a heart if their answer is incorrect. If a player loses all their hearts, they will no longer be able to play in the current game. The amount of points rewarded depends on the number of players that are incorrect or have already lost all their hearts; fewer correct players equal more points for all remaining players. Players can purchase booster items for 3 Town Square Coins to gain a fourth heart and/or movement extra speed for their MyCookie in the next game.
Each game consists of 7 rounds, with each round consisting of a random question. Questions can be in a multiple choice format or in a "true or false" format. Modifiers will be added to every 4th and 7th round, such as x1.5 points, x2 points, x2 hearts lost, other players becoming invisible, or reversed controls. After a round ends, players must press "Teleport" to advance to the next question, or else lose a heart if they fail to respond in time.
Players obtain Town Square Coins and "Town Square Time +5 Min" depending on how well they played in the game. Up to 850 Town Square Coins can be obtained from this event daily.

The total points obtained are recorded and ranked against other players on the leaderboard, with seasonal rewards being given based on the player's ranking.

Tips[]
- Playing and winning at the Quiz Game can be a much faster way of accruing all the daily rewards for idling in the Town Square, even if it's much more involved.
- Most questions aren't too difficult to figure out on one's own. The wisdom of the crowd (of other players) can also be a mostly-reliable sign of what a question's correct answer is.
- The challenge of climbing the leaderboards for the Quiz Game is less about getting every question correct and more about playing and completing rounds of the game mode as often as one is able.
