Premier Custard Cream Cookie (Korean: 커스터드 크림 총리맛 쿠키, keosuteodu kulim chongli-mat kuki) is an NPC released in the first part of the Lost Kingdom update (v1.3), appearing in World Exploration's Timeless Kingdom.
This Cookie was a premier in the Vanilla Kingdom's government upon the onset of the Dark Flour War. He is seen only in the Vanilla Castle's past-repeating time loop, in which he remains in the castle with his newborn son to protect it until 
Pure Vanilla Cookie returns—his and the Freshly-baked Cookie's current statuses are unknown. He is Custard Cookie's brother, Freshly-baked Cookie/
Custard Cookie III's father's father, Custard Cookie III's grandfather, and 
Clotted Cream Cookie's adoptive uncle.
