The Pointy Punks are a gang of NPC urchins introduced in the Come Together! Cuckoo Town Square update (v5.3).

They are a group that attempt to drive other Cookies out of the Town Square in order to clear it for their supposed "Boss", the "Spiky Tornado". However, they have trouble carrying this plan out with Caramel Choux Cookie around.
