Peeled Carrot Cookie (Korean: 깎은 당근맛 쿠키, kkakk-un dang-gun-mat kuki) is an NPC introduced in the Interdimensional Super Mayhem update (v2.2).
Peeled Carrot Cookie is part of 
Twizzly Gummy Cookie's crew of outlaws, joining her in causing mayhem across other worlds. She appears to be an alternate universe version of 
Carrot Cookie, wielding a menacing trident rather than a farming pitchfork. She is the polar opposite of Carrot Cookie in that she despises honest work and sunny weather. Peeled Carrot Cookie also seems more technologically advanced and modern than her counterpart, sporting metallic appendages and punk-like fashion while Carrot Cookie is more rudimentary in her worn farming apron and flannel shirt.
Twizzly Gummy Cookie describes her as one who "hasn't lived an honest day of work in her life, what an icon."

- Peeled Carrot Cookie's rabbit hair accessories are notably similar to that of Dr. Wasabi Cookie, who Peeled Carrot Cookie also mentions in passing.
- Though unmentioned, Peeled Carrot Cookie seems to have something like a bionic left eye.
