Black Pearl Cookie (Legendary, Ambush)
Duskgloom's Sovereign - Dives into the abyss and shifts into her true form, creating a whirlpool storm that deals periodic damage and drags in even enemies resistant to interruptions. Enemies, terrified of the Cookie's giant size, suffer from Terror of the Abyss. If Terror of the Abyss is dispelled, the target will be inflicted with true damage proportional to the target's Max HP. Being the ruler of the abyss herself, Black Pearl Cookie is resistant to all Fear effects. (Maximum amount of damage proportional to the target's HP is 300,000)
Captain Caviar Cookie (Epic, Bomber)
Black Shark Torpedo - Captain's orders! The Black Shark submarine will appear at Captain Caviar Cookie's call, shoot 3 Black Shark Torpedoes at the enemies, and grant all allies with Debuff Resist. Augmented with the latest technology of the Republic, the torpedoes will aim for the enemy with the lowest HP (targets Cookies first) in descending order. Once the torpedo hits the target, it will cause an explosion, dealing area damage and inflicting DEF Reduction. Captain Caviar Cookie is immune to any type of Fear, for he is a fearless sea wolf. While Captain Caviar Cookie is using his skill, he will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.

Black Pearl Islands[]
Set sail to explore the uncharted regions of the ocean in this new game mode. Explore the Black Pearl Islands, full of battles and new mini-games!
- Currencies
- Stamina Jellies
- Use them to start a voyage.
- Black Pearl Coins
- Obtain and use them in your voyage. Disappears after the end of a voyage. Your placement in the ranking will depend on the number of Black Pearl Coins obtained during a voyage. Use Black Pearl Coins to repair your ship, the Silent.
- Duskgloom Keys
- Used to open Mysterious Chests found when sailing the Duskgloom Sea. Obtain Duskgloom Keys as a reward for sending ships from the Trade Harbor. Duskgloom Keys can be exchanged at the Seaside Market. Duskgloom Keys can be purchased at the Rainbow Shell Gallery, received as an event reward, or obtained from packages. Duskgloom Key Trade Rewards will be applied to the game after the update.
- The Silent is the ship that'll carry you through the Black Pearl Islands.
- You can level up the Silent with the Sailing EXP you earn on your voyage.
- Level up the Silent for more Black Pearl Coins and stronger durability.
- The Silent's level will be reset at the end of the season.
- When you're sailing, you can use Black Pearl Coins and repair the Silent up to 5 times to replenish some of its durability.
- Mode Rules
- Move a space left, right, or up from your starting position and explore the new space.
- Whenever you move to a new space, its adjacent spaces will become accessible.
- Upon moving to the next space, your ship will lose some of its durability depending on the type of the space.
- Complete the objective of the space to move there unless it is a rock space where you cannot move.
- The map will be randomized with each new voyage.
- If you lose in a mini-game or battle, the ship's durability rating will decrease.
- Eventually, you will reach the final boss: defeat them to claim a treasure chest and complete the voyage and start a new one.
- Basic Battle Island
- You can make up to 5 attempts
- You will receive all activated Altar Effects of the voyage
- If you fail to clear the island, the Silent's durability rating will decrease
- Thunder Plunder Island
- You can make up to 5 attempts
- If you fail to clear the island, the Silent's durability rating will decrease
- Play Thunder Plunder to obtain Black Pearl Coins and Sailing EXP.
- Control your character with a virtual joystick to evade lightning bolts striking the ship's deck.
- Your Energy meter will decrease with time
- Collect Energy Potions to restore your Energy
- Lose Energy if struck with a lightning bolt
- Use Dash to move faster in the desired direction
- The Dash ability has a cooldown
- To win, survive for the given time
- Duskgloom Run Island
- You can make up to 5 attempts
- If you fail to clear the island, the Silent's durability rating will decrease
- Play Duskgloom Run to obtain Black Pearl Coins and Sailing EXP.
- There is a winning condition for certain maps: for example, the survival of a Cookie.
- If there is a winning condition, meet it and reach the destination to win.
- Mysterious Chest
- Use Duskgloom Keys to open them
- Boss Island
- You can make up to 5 attempts
- If you fail to clear the island, the Silent's durability rating will decrease
- Altar
- You can exchange one of the three Altar Effects using Black Pearl Coins that will aid you in battles.
- The list of buffs can be refreshed up to 3 times per altar using Black Pearl Coins.
- There are 3 types of Altar Effects: COMMON, RARE, and EPIC.
- The cost of Black Pearl Coins will vary depending on the type of the Altar Effect.
- Altar Effects do not carry over to your next voyage.
- NPC
- Receive Black Pearl Coins, Coins, Star Jellies, or repair the Silent
- Whirlpool
- The Silent's durability rating decreases a bit more
- Final Boss
- Meet the final boss at the end of your voyage and fight them for a treasure chest.
- Ranking & Scoring
- The results of your Black Pearl Island voyages during the season will decide your ranking. Once the season is over, you can get rewards depending on your ranking when the season ends.
- Your highest Voyage Score during the season will count towards your ranking.
- The number of Black Pearl Coins you have gained will count toward your Voyage Score.
- Please note that the number of Black Pearl Coins you gained will count, not the final number of Black Pearl Coins you are left with.
- If you quit mid-voyage, the number of Black Pearl Coins you have earned up until then will count toward your Voyage Score.
- Complete the voyage to gain bonus points.
- To complete a voyage, you must defeat the final boss and open the final treasure chest.
- When you complete the voyage, the Silent's durability / remaining Black Pearl Coins / and the number of Altar Effects will add towards your Black Pearl Points as bonus points.
Additions, Changes & Improvements[]
- Please note that the following changes will be made with Destiny's Lament Season 2-1, the new Guild Battle season starting on Sep 8:
- The number of available battles for each boss is increased (BEFORE: 8 → AFTER: 9)
- You can now defeat two boss monsters during a round and reach 18 battles.
- The overall amount of 'Heroic Torches' awarded as Round Rewards will be increased by approximately 30%.
- The amount of 'Heroic Torches' awarded for clearing individual boss levels will be increased as well, Rewards for lower levels are increased more than the rewards for higher levels. For example:
- Lv.11: 200 → 540
- Lv.21: 300 → 800
- Lv.41: 500 → 1080
- To alleviate the difficulty of reaching new tiers, the amount of Trophies awarded for defeating a boss will be increased by approximately 15%.
- You can now play in the Practice Mode even on the Guild Battle tallying day.
Our goal is to provide an entertaining and enjoyable Guild Battle experience for you all. We understand that there are frustrations with the new bosses and changing Toppings. We're currently discussing the exact details on how to improve these experiences, but it will take us more time as it may affect other features and systems of the game. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to provide a better Kingdom experience.

Bug Fixes[]
- Fixed an issue where at the end of Clotted Cream Cookie's Light Cage effect, a portion of DMG proportional to the target's Max HP was not dealt.
- Fixed an issue where the bosses' DEF stat in Guild Battle was not displayed properly.
- Fixed an issue where the Guild Check-in was not properly registered upon checking in at your guild.
- Fixed an issue where the battle music would not stop playing on the battle result screen.
- Fixed an issue in PVP where an enemy Cookie resistant to interrupting effects would not use their skill when affected by a skill interrupting effect during casting.
- Fixed a display issue where upon transferring equipped Toppings to a different Cookie during the Burning Time (specifically, the Topping Removal Cost Discount time), the pop-up would not show the discounted price (while the discounted amount was to be deducted from your balance).
- Fixed an issue where enemy Espresso Cookie's skill sound effect would remain after Cookie Alliance's Wave 26 passed.
- Fixed an issue where if a Guild Battle boss with little HP left was defeated by a Cookie with a short hit range and a skill with a quick casting time, the battle was recognized as suspicious.
- Fixed an issue with maps in World Exploration EP.13 and 14 where it would rain instead of snow. (e.g., 13-30 Licorice Boss)
- Fixed an issue in Cookie Alliance where battle rewards were not delivered properly when monsters appeared at different Dositions (due to knockback or beina dushed back) in their corresponding wave.
- Fixed a display issue where part of Pure Vanilla Cookie's costume cloak did not appear properly.
- Fixed an issue where the error pop-up would appear when you pressed the BATTLE! button on the tallying day in Guild Battles.
- Fixed an issue where Guild Battle tickets were not recharged properly after midnight during the Guild Battle season.
- Fixed a display issue where the Tallying buttons of each boss would appear as dimmed on Guild Battle tallying days.
- Fixed an issue where the upgrade completion pop-up would not appear in case of upgrading a Landmark stored in the Sky Garden.
