Passive

Passives are effects that are active throughout the battle, or are applied after a certain action(s).

Types

There are several different types of passive effects, aside from the usual defensive, offensive or utility. These mainly are:

Constant Passives

Passive effects that remain active during battle.

Chili Pepper Cookie	Increases own CRIT DMG by 2% for each 1% to her own CRIT% (capped at 200%).
Cream Puff Cookie	Extra Cream Unlocked Increases own CRIT% by 10~25%.
Crimson Coral Cookie	Multiplicatively increases total DMG Resist received from buffs by 30%.
Crunchy Chip Cookie	Tamer Gains the same buffs as Summoned Creatures for 25% of the effect.
Fettuccine Cookie	Unstable Aura While in range, reduces all targets' ATK by 15% for 5s. Increases own DMG Resist by 3% for each -2% to Max HP (capped at 30%).
Frost Queen Cookie	Immune to Freeze. Eternal Frost Unlocked (★5A Effect) Gains Curse Protection at the start of battle and every 30s.
Milky Way Cookie	Increases own healing received by 15%.
Oyster Cookie	Cannot receive increases to Cooldown. Instead, summons 1 additional Oyster Soldier (up to x3) for each -18.1% to her Cooldown (capped at 54.3%). Additionally, the Soldiers' ATK are increased by 0.9% for each -1% to her Cooldown (capped at 50%) ATK.
Pitaya Dragon Cookie	Pitaya Dragon Cookie's Scale Increases own DMG Resist by 3% for each 1% to their own ATK in Toppings (capped at 35%). Reduces DMG received from Dragon Cookies by 30%.
Prophet Cookie	Locked Prophecy After his CRIT% in Toppings exceeds 10%, guarantees a specific prophecy based on the CRIT%'s decimal (XX.N%). If this requirement isn't met, the prophecies will be selected randomly upon using the skill.
Schwarzwälder	Less affected by Movement-impairing Effects.
Sherbet Cookie	Frost Resistance Reduces the duration and DMG of Freeze on self by 50%. Warm Light of Life Converts 50% of Healing exceeding his Max HP into a Shield (capped at 30% of Max HP).
Snapdragon Cookie	Draconic Lifeforce Increases Max HP of all Dragon Cookies by 15%.
Tea Knight Cookie	Knight's Virtue Unlocked Increases own ATK by 1.5% for every 5% of his team's total HP lost (capped at 30% ATK).
Wildberry Cookie	Less affected by Movement-impairing Effects.

Condition Passives

Passive effects that require a trigger to be active, duration or not.

Burnt Cheese Cookie	When Golden Cheese Cookie activates her Sarcophagus of Gold, increases own ATK by 130% and ATK SPD by 30% for 16s, and resets skill Cooldown. Loyal Follower If Golden Cheese Cookie is on the team, increases own DMG Resist by 30%.
Capsaicin Cookie	Upon taking lethal damage, gains Immortality for 6s.
Carol Cookie	Song of Change When only she and 1 other ally are left on the team, changes the skill and resets her Cooldown for the rest of the battle.
Crimson Coral Cookie	Coral Armor If she is the only Cookie at the front line, gains this buff and various effects; Gains a HP Shield at the start of battle, and upon using the skill, grants Resistance to DEF Reduction, DMG Down, CRIT DMG Down, and Curse Protection to all allies for 12s.
Eclair Cookie	If an enemy affected by Weakness debuffs inflicted from his skill is defeated, applies to all allies, blocking DMG equal to 17% of Max HP.
Fettuccine Cookie	Pasta Pieces After 3 enemies in range are defeated, heals all allies by 27.5% of DEF (capped at 200% of their Max HP). Upon taking lethal damage, gains Immortality for 5s and reduces own ATK SPD by 50%. While Immortal, also reduces all targets' ATK SPD by 20% for 5s.
Frilled Jellyfish Cookie	Little Jellyfish Upon taking lethal damage, turns into a little jellyfish, healing all allies by 11.6% of ATK every second until the battle ends.
Golden Cheese Cookie	Upon taking lethal damage, activates Sarcophagus of Gold and revives after its duration expires.
Kouign-Amann Cookie	Upon receiving a debuff (up to x2), increases own DMG Resist by 12.5% (25%) for 15s.
Mala Sauce Cookie	Flaming Mala Unlocked When hit by regular attacks (up to x20), increases own DMG Resist by 1/1.5/2% (20/30/40%).
Moonlight Cookie	After using her skill or when Sleep expires on self, restores own HP by 29.8% of ATK.
Rockstar Cookie	Upon taking lethal damage, gains Immortality for 5s and plays his Encore.
Tea Knight Cookie	Wrath of the Commander When an ally is defeated, gains x1 stack of this buff (up to x4), increasing ATK and ATK SPD. Upon reaching maximum stacks, becomes resistant to interrupting effects.

Stacking Passives

Passive effects that grant the user stacks over time and/or while using regular attacks. Stacks are typically consumed after their bonus effects are activated.

Black Pearl Cookie	Duskgloom Hatred Unlocked Gains a stack of Hatred for every second she is in battle. Upon reaching maximum stacks (reduced at +20), her skill will become enhanced. Lividness When an ally is defeated, gains x1 stack of this buff (up to x5), increasing Hatred stacks gained per second by x1.	50/35
Linzer Cookie	Gains a stack of Deduction after using a regular attack. When using The Culprit... is YOU!, each stack adds bonuses to Suspect: +10% All-type DMG and -2% enemy ATK. Upon reaching maximum stacks, the next skill additionally inflicts an undispellable -35% DEF Down to the main target.	7
Mercurial Knight Cookie	Gains a stack of Amalgamation for every second he is in battle and when he receives a debuff. Upon reaching maximum stacks, he will enter Mercury Storm mode, increasing his ATK, ATK SPD, and Max HP.	60
Onion Cookie	Gains a stack after using a regular attack. Each stack increases the DMG dealt from Unstoppable Tears.	10
Stormbringer Cookie	Counts all ticks of Electricity-type damage dealt by allied skills and debuffs, up to a maximum of 70. Each 10 ticks counts as a stack of Stormbringer's Aura, increasing Stormbringer Cookie's ATK by +5.0%. Upon reaching maximum stacks, activates Stormbringer's Punishment and resets, going on cooldown for 13 sec.	7
White Lily Cookie	Gains a stack of Lily Restoration every 5 debuffs that allies receive, and gains 5 stacks whenever she uses Lily Bud. Upon reaching maximum stacks, purifies and heals all allies.	21
