Paper Storm is a stage effect featured in Theater of Lies.
Effect[]
The 
Paper Storm meter fills up by 1 point every second. Additionally, upon an enemy's defeat, it will fill the meter by a certain amount of points (varies).
Once the meter reaches 30/20/10 (Story/Normal/Hard) points, it will trigger a flurry of paper-like objects that deal True DMG to all allies once and inflict 
Vampiric Bite for 10 sec (deals DMG equal to 5% of Max HP every 0.5 sec). The first instance of damage varies between difficulties, with certain Cookies receiving considerably less damage regardless of the difficulty:
- True DMG equal to 20%/35%/50% of Max HP (Other allies)
- True DMG equal to 10% Max HP (
Elder Faerie Cookie, White Lily Cookie, Silverbell Cookie, Mercurial Knight Cookie)
Paper Storm is active for 5 seconds before the meter can start filling up again.
