Pancake Cookie (Korean: 팬케이크맛 쿠키, paenkeiku-mat kuki) is a Rare Cookie available since launch. He is of the Ambush type and his position is prioritized to the Rear.

Appearance
Pancake Cookie is a short Cookie with medium-dark brown dough. He wears a brown pajama onesie with a small purple berry brooch and a rounded cape attached to its sleeves resembling dripping syrup. He has bright, purple eyes. His hood has two yellow butter dollops that resemble ears as well as a small decal of an animal face in the middle. A white hair tuft appears underneath his onesie, resembling cream.
Pancake Cookie has an older brother, Roll Cake Cookie. While appearing in early promotional group art for Cookie Run: Kingdom, he is currently not present in the game itself. He is fully playable in Cookie Run: OvenBreak.
Pancake Cookie's original Epic status from OvenBreak was revised upon his addition to Kingdom, being changed to Rare.
Pancake Cookie's internal name is "cookie0069".
