Onion Cookie (Korean: 양파맛 쿠키, yangpa-mat kuki) is a Rare Cookie available since launch. She is of the 
Support type and her position is prioritized to the 
Middle.
Though Onion Cookie holds little to no relation with most other Cookies, 
Blackberry Cookie acts as a caretaker for Onion Cookie under her own volition.
Game Description[]
Your eyes will start to water if you get too close to this onion-based Cookie! And once she starts crying, she cannot stop. Mainly because her tears consist of onion juice that makes her cry even more. Poor thing, she is terrified of ghosts and weeps when scared. Perhaps one day, she'll realize why her surroundings sometimes become ghostly, and clocks suddenly start ticking backwards.

Appearance[]
Onion Cookie is a tiny Cookie with medium, yellow-toned dough. She has long amaranth deep purple hair cut bluntly at its ends with a lilac inner layer and outer streaks of the same color. She has teary indigo eyes and a simple white nightgown made of multiple frilled layers.
Her doll is lagomorphic in form and has an onion-shaped head with ovular black eyes. It has long, pale green leaves for its ears and limbs and is constructed with dull mauve stitching.

- Onion Cookie is heavily implied to be a ghost, although she isn't aware of being deceased herself.
- Based on Ghost of the Tower, she may have perished in that titular tower while hiding during a game of hide-and-seek.
- In a similar way to
Angel Cookie, Onion Cookie's voice has a special reverb effect applied to it. This likely is tied to the possibility of her being a ghost or at least otherworldly in some way. - The close relationship between Onion Cookie and Blackberry Cookie has always been established—even prior to Cookie Run: Kingdom's release—though the specifics of this rapport remain vague. It is widely speculated that the two are related in some manner.
- The fact that Onion Cookie constantly weeps is a reference to how onions irritate a person's eyes and cause crying when cut.

- Uniquely, Onion Cookie seems to turn and tearfully look at the player/screen whenever she attacks in a battle. This is perhaps a gag added to the game to make the player feel guilty for choosing someone as helpless as her to fight.
- Onion Cookie only smiles while watering plants, eating, or caressing her doll.
- Onion Cookie is the first Cookie whose regular attacks do not damage, heal, or debuff any targets.
- Onion Cookie's original Epic status from OvenBreak was revised upon her addition to Kingdom, being changed to Rare.
- Onion Cookie's Taiwanese voice actress, Xue Qing, also provides the voice of Moon Rabbit Cookie.
