New Year's Lucky Pouch is a limited-time event released in The Dawn of the Dragon update (v4.16), coinciding with the release of 
Rebel Cookie.
Like the previous Lucky Pouches Event, players complete missions to earn Lucky Points. Lucky Points are used to open one of five Lucky Pouches, which contain one of many possible rewards. After obtaining a reward, the pouches are reset.
Missions automatically reward Lucky Points when their requirements are met. Each mission can be completed a certain number of times per day.

- Unlike other events, there are no guaranteed rewards. Any rewards that a player earns here will be granted purely by chance.
- Fulfilling the login mission ("Open Cookie Run: Kingdom") grants enough Points by itself to open at least one Pouch each day.
