Mumbling Traveler (중얼거리는 행인, jung-eolgeolineun haeng-in) is an NPC who appears in the first part of Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0) in World Exploration's Dream Express.
This character is an engrossed passerby at the Dream World's train station, waiting to board a train.
