Mulled Juice Cookie (Korean: 뱅쇼맛 쿠키, baengsho-mat kuki, "Vin Chaud Cookie") is an NPC introduced in the first part of The Council of Heroes update (v3.0).
Mulled Juice Cookie is an elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders and the head of House Mulled Juice, whose sphere of influence is mechanical engineering and transportation. As with other members of the council, Mulled Juice Cookie holds great influence over the Republic and its politics.
Personality[]
Mulled Juice Cookie is a relaxed Cookie who is held in high regard by the Cookies of the Créme Republic. He is often found speaking to himself in his own train of thought — brainstorming things to create by examining the surroundings around him. To him, his innovative creations are not worth constant praise from those who look up to him as he rather sees importance in the creation of new powers and technologies. Mulled Juice Cookie does offer his expertise in alchemy when it is needed, however leaves the generations beyond him to invent new creations themselves. Mulled Juice Cookie believes with his older age that he is not fit to take on expansive projects compared to the Cookies who can take on a few sleepless nights.
Story[]
Mulled Juice Cookie first appears in the prologue of Cookie Odyssey discussing the matter of whom should represent the Crème Republic in the meeting of the Ancient Heroes. He affirms with the advanced technology found in the Republic, they have a drastic advantage of winning the war against 
Dark Enchantress Cookie—a perfect opportunity to prove the supremacy of the Créme Republic. Like the rest of the council, he agrees with Custard Cookie in having Clotted Cream Cookie represent the Republic as to not allow another war to come to the Crème Republic.
In Chapter 2, he is first seen by 
GingerBrave as he examines a fountain found in the Fountain Plaza. GingerBrave tries to speak to him, however he was too enveloped in his train of thought to notice anything around him. He speaks to himself that the third sculpture of the Fountain Plaza was truly remarkable, that he must meet the student behind the art of the statue, and then contemplated how he can utilize the jet water into a project he was making in his own time. GingerBrave is told by pedestrians that this is a common occurrence with Mulled Juice Cookie and everyone in the Republic knows of this. Mulled Juice Cookie leaves once he reaches a conclusion to his train of thoughts.
He is later seen visiting the Institute of Thaumaturgy to check in on the ongoing research of the Soul Jams. The students, ecstatic to see him, pour their praise and respect to the Elder and his influence on their careers. He humbly laughs at the praise for he believes his deeds do not deserve all the praise they get. Mulled Juice Cookie turns his attention to 
Espresso Cookie as he believes he was not aware the Elder was visiting. Espresso Cookie remarks that his assumption was the contrary and that he was simply focusing on a crucial step in his current experiment. Currently, he has hit a wall in development and was testing what can be a viable container to hold the Soul Jam's energy as the attempts with sugar have fallen flat. Mulled Juice Cookie praises him for his choice in using sugar and suggests Espresso Cookie tries compressed sugar instead. Compressed sugar, being the exact substance needed to work, was taken into consideration by Espresso Cookie as he begins to experiment with the substance immediately.
A researcher asks Mulled Juice Cookie why he was not involved in the research of the Soul Jam's when his insight can lead to instantaneous developments in the project. Bluntly, the Elder states he simply didn't feel like it. Feeling his answer was too plain, he elaborates that he would rather create new inventions rather than build from preexisting creations. He would rather have those with drive and ambition take on the immense project since unlike him at his age, they can take on a few sleepless nights. When another researcher remarks that his smarts can aid in crucial points in the research, Mulled Juice Cookie brushes it off and affirms he is enveloped in his own experiment—a mechanical bird that spouts water automatically. Espresso Cookie affirms his advice will prove to be a substantial lead and Mulled Juice Cookie takes his leave while reminding the researchers to take breaks and replenish on Jellies.
Mulled Juice Cookie is last seen in a brief appearance in Chapter 3 escaping the Lyceum with the other Elders during the invasion of the Crème Republic. Sablé Cookie comments that she can hear Dark Enchantress Cookie's voice from the sky and asks if it was some form of amplifying device that allowed her to be heard across the Republic. Mulled Juice Cookie denies this as he believes it is instead an enchantment the Republic has never seen before—a fact that surprises even him. As the rest of the Elders escape the crumbling Lyceum, he is seen guiding them to a safe place to hide.
