Milky Way Cookie (Korean: 밀키웨이맛 쿠키, milkiwei-mat kuki) is an Epic Cookie released alongside 
Moonlight Cookie in the first part of the Invitation from the Slumbering Moon update (v4.0). She is of the 
Charge type and her position is prioritized to the 
Front.

Take a handful of star powder gathered from all over the Milky Way Galaxy, illuminate it with delicate moonlight—and voila! Meet Milky Way Cookie, the Slumbering Moon's faithful servant and the conductor of the Sugarcloud Express that will take you to your sweetest dreams and back. Don't be afraid and hop on: one sprinkle of Milky Way Cookie's star powder is enough for a colorful, vibrant dream-just like reality but better! Everything is possible in the World of Dreams, and accidents happen, too: every now and then, the train's floor disappears, and cars reshuffle randomly, leaving crowds of passengers in utter confusion. And right in the middle of the conductor's scheduled nap time! But professionalism never betrays, and there is no problem Milky Way Cookie can't sort out. Colorful hair neatly tied with a Star Jelly, conductor's hat on, and choo choo! The Sugarcloud Express will deliver you to your dreamy destination according to the schedule. Just make a wish upon a twinkling star...!

Milky Way Cookie is a small Cookie with a diminutive frame and snow-white dough. She has large mauve eyes with stars in her pupils. Her floor-length white hair is tied in twintails, with a Star Jelly in each twintail. Her hair also has highlights of different colors at the ends of her twintails. She sports a black conductor’s hat with a white band that has a golden four-point star on the middle and a black oversized coat with oversized sleeves that reaches almost near her feet as well as a white necktie. She also has gold star-shaped accessories near the ends of her sleeves.
Personality[]
Milky Way Cookie is overall a lackadaisical and free-spirited Cookie. She is hardly ever truly professional during her work as a space-faring train conductor, often openly wishing for time off in front of travelers or blatantly disregarding standard protocol. Despite such, she holds genuine concern for her work and doesn't ever intend to sabotage anyone's travels. She simply assumes that things will turn out well no matter what—according to her, "everything is according to the Slumbering Moon's plan," so it's best to just trust her in whatever irresponsible deeds she performs. Simply put, this independent Cookie has her own unorthodox (and perhaps irresponsible) ideology on how to deal with anything that's thrown at her, and she cannot be swayed into doing things any other way. Her stubbornness can cause her to come off as brash, snarky, or uncaring, although she states that this is unintentional.
Milky Way Cookie is largely adaptable in spite of her lax nature and is willing to break rules for the greater good in times of need—something often necessary in a job as dynamic as a dream-train operator. In fact, this conductor will do just about anything to make sure her travel routes end safely, so long as those methods don't include following any set rules. From making an unwitting passenger take control of her train alone[2] to literally throwing invaders out of a moving vehicle[3], she does not mind taking drastic measures to ensure problems are solved.
Relation to Aurora Candy Cookie[]
One who acts through means as "creative" as those of Milky Way Cookie is bound to clash with those who remain more aboveboard, and this is the case with her co-worker Aurora Candy Cookie. Always a stickler, they often admonish or even punish Milky Way Cookie for her seeming carelessness at work, though she hardly cares to listen at all. Such a light personality rarely makes true enemies, so she only teases Aurora Candy Cookie in return at most.

Choo Choo Vuvuzela
- A Space Artifact in the Dream Express game mode called the Choo Choo Vuvuzela strongly resembles the instrument that Milky Way Cookie uses, implying that Milky Way Cookie's instrument is a vuvuzela.
- Milky Way Cookie is the first Cookie whose gacha banner has had a "re-run", or was reinstated after its initial scheduled end date. Originally running from January 19 (2:30 GMT +9) to February 14 (5:00 GMT +9), 2023, it was reinstated about a week after the addition of the Fateful Moonrise update (v4.1), running from February 20 (15:00 GMT +9) to March 9 (14:00 GMT +9), 2023.
- Milky Way Cookie's gacha banner was reinstated due to the fact that owning Milky Way Cookie was required to progress in the Crunchy Dreams Event, which was still running by the time her gacha banner initially ended.
- According to an interview with character designer Choi Daye, Milky Way Cookie was originally planned to be simply an NPC[1].
- Milky Way Cookie is the first Cookie to have more than one limited-time Special-rarity Costume.
