Medicinal Dumpling Immortal (Korean: 약초만두 신선, yagchomandu sinseon, "Medicinal Herb Dumpling Immortal") is an NPC who first appears in the Dark Resolution's Glorious Return update (v5.6) in Episode 4 of World Exploration: Beast-Yeast, Dark Resolution's Glorious Return.
Medicinal Dumpling Immortal is one of the five Dumpling Immortals who reside in the Realm of the Immortals, a nirvana-like paradise. In particular, Medicinal Dumpling Immortal is highly agreeable, with all of their dialogue except one sentence stating something to the effect of, "True, true!"
