Cuckoo! Another lively day in the square!
Mayor Cuckoobeans (Korean: 콩알 뻐꾸기 시장, kong-al ppeokkugi sijang, "Bean Cuckoo Mayor") is an NPC introduced in the Come Together! Cuckoo Town Square update (v5.3).
Mayor Cuckoobeans is proud albeit diminutive mayor of the Cuckoo Town Square, eager to ensure that all visitors to the town square have a wonderful and eventful visit. He's especially happy with the efforts of his favorite employee, 
Caramel Choux Cookie.
Game Description (OvenBreak)[]
On sunny mornings, you can always look forward to bumping into a little cuckoo bird busily bustling around the Town Square! This bird is rather dapper with his top hat and fancy dress shows, and for good reason—he's none other than Mayor Cuckoobeans!
He's made a point of listening to all visitors of the Town Square since it was first established. For the longest time, he was often busy flying all about the Square from sunrise to sunset! That is, until Caramel Choux Cookie joined the Town Square team. Rumor around the town has it that he now occasionally sleeps in, knowing he can entrust the Square to her.
With such a hard-working employee, it's no wonder he never spares his praise for Caramel Choux Cookie!

- Mayor Cuckoobeans has a bean-shaped body, which hearkens back to his name.
- In English story cutscenes, Mayor Cuckoobeans begins or ends his sentences with "Coo!", and often replaces syllables in his words with the phrase. In Quest dialogue, he instead only exclaims the phrase "Koo!" or "Cuckoo!" at the start or end of his sentences.
- Mayor Cuckoobeans is the second NPC with a speaking role to become a Pet in Cookie Run: Ovenbreak, being introduced in its 2025 April-May update as Caramel Choux Cookie's Combi Pet.
