Macaroni Cookie (Korean: 마카로니맛 쿠키, makaloni-mat kuki) is an NPC introduced in The Holiday Express update (v4.15).
Macaroni Cookie is a detective of the CBI who is seen traveling with Detective Cheddar Cheese Cookie in pursuit of a highly classified case. Alongside 
Linzer Cookie and Cheddar Cheese Cookie, they were a lead investigator of a separate crime that took place on the Holiday Express.
Despite their looks, Macaroni Cookie is more by-the-books and strict than their colleague, often scolding Cheddar Cheese Cookie on their tendency to favor hunches over evidence. This Cookie is a spirited and determined individual who gives their all in their work.

- Macaroni Cookie shares a name with a cut character designed for the Lost Golden City update (v4.11), though there are no other connections between the two.
- Macaroni Cookie's Korean voice actor, Jeong Eui-taek, also provides the voices of Archbishop Cream Cookie and Republic Sailor Cookie 2.
