The Latte Cafe is a building for producing various types of drinks. The first Latte Cafe is available to be built upon upgrading the Cookie Castle to level 7, and a second becomes available upon upgrading the Cookie Castle to level 11. The building starts with 2 queue slots. Goods from the cafe are are stored in stacks of 20.

It is the ninth manufacturing building you get, and its goods are used in very few recipes from other buildings. Making Jellybean Latte starts having importance once you work towards placing the Jewelry Salon and the level 3 item, as it is a end-chain item that only serves to offer high payouts at the Tree of Wishes or a bigger number of Aurora items from the Train Station.

There is little reason to upgrade the Latte Cafe to level two before Cookie Castle level 10, only then becoming necessary in preparation for Maison du Cake. For the third level it's up to the Player to decide if this is worth it, given the storage management at that point also becomes increasingly difficult unless you spend Crystals for additional slots, upgrades and more.

Like with all manufacturing buildings, only 1 item is made per queue slot.
