Landlord Cookie is an NPC introduced in The Glory of the Crème Republic update (v3.2), appearing in Chapter II of Cookie Odyssey. As the name suggests, this Cookie is a landlord and is that of Espresso Cookie.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Landlord Cookie beyond the fact that the Cookie is a landlord in the Crème Republic. Landlord Cookie keeps a jolly demeanor, joking around with Espresso Cookie about how he still remembers his esteemed landlord. As per the job, Landlord Cookie is upfront on discussions relating to the price of Espresso Cookie's personal laboratory—especially ones involving an increase in rent. Even with having to negotiate proper pricing of the lab, Landlord Cookie does care for Espresso Cookie as the Cookie has helped in giving him a cheaper rent price and has kept his uncollected letters in a safe place.
Story[]
Landlord Cookie is first introduced as Espresso Cookie gathers items from his personal lab in order to further research Soul Jams as a Cookie that is knocking nonstop on his door. 
GingerBrave, believing this is an enemy, hesitates to open the door. However, no matter which option the player picks, Landlord Cookie is let into the lab and calms the group inside the estate (except for Espresso Cookie, who can only look in unhappy shock to see his landlord arrive in such a time). The Cookie is happy to see Espresso Cookie knowing who the Cookie is and notes a sense of worry as to how long Espresso Cookie has been gone from the lab.
Landlord Cookie reveals that the Cookie is there to discuss Espresso Cookie being behind his payment on utilities and the increase of rent in the neighborhood. Espresso Cookie looks in unhappy shock once more once he is handed the new, far more expensive contract. Espresso Cookie agrees to pay the rent once Landlord Cookie explains that the Cookie is already undercharging him for this lab space and this is one of the rare moments Landlord Cookie pesters him about rent. Landlord Cookie leaves as Espresso Cookie confirms he will pay in full when the next bill comes.
