Jelly Wormy is a small Jelly Worm that dreams of becoming a legendary dragon. First appearing at the game's launch (v1.0), he'll do whatever it takes to reach his dream, no matter what anyone else thinks of how likely that'll be.
Story[]
Dragon Hill[]
Jelly Wormy appears in Episodes 1 and 2 as a Story NPC. He starts out being a mild annoyance to Gingerbrave's squad and is affectionately nicknamed “Tiny” by both 
GingerBrave and 
Custard Cookie III, who seem to immediately take a liking to the little worm. However, 
Chili Pepper Cookie is not impressed, demanding Jelly Wormy tell them where the stolen Bear Jellies are and calling him a “dragon wannabe.”
It is later revealed that 
Licorice Cookie promised to turn Jelly Wormy into the dragon he’s always dreamed of becoming. Once Licorice Cookie and his minions steal enough Bear Jellies, Jelly Wormy is able to transform into Jelly Wyrm, although he initially forgets to do so. After being defeated by GingerBrave’s squad, he realizes that Licorice Cookie was just using him as a weapon and didn’t really care about helping him. 
Strawberry Cookie tells him that he can’t just become a dragon and that he needs to put effort into it. He briefly apologizes to the Cookies for his behavior before gushing over how exciting it was to be a dragon, even just temporarily. 
Wizard Cookie points out that Jelly Wormy probably wasn’t all that sorry after all, and the gang continues on their journey.
Cuckoo Town Square[]
Jelly Wormy reappears as one of the quest givers of the Cuckoo Town Square. Having heard of a folk tale that calling a Jelly Worm a dragon will transform it into a dragon, Jelly Wormy asks a Cookie to convince the other Cookies of the Square to call it a dragon, resulting in 
Clover Cookie composing a song about a dragon in the Square. Jelly Wormy later repeats their self-professed aspiration when Scholarly Adventurer Cookie seeks out rumors of a "horned dragon" in the Square, leading the latter to guess that Jelly Wormy might be a new extremely small species of dragon that Dragon City must know about.

Cream Ferret Cookie meets Jelly Wormy on their quest to find the Crowned Cake Hound. Jelly Wormy still behaves as though he is owed respect, but quickly directs Cream Ferret Cookie to where he last saw such a Cake Hound, warning that such creatures were very fast.
