Iced Tea Cookie (Simplified Chinese: 凉茶饼干, liángchá bǐnggān, "Herbal/Cooling Tea Cookie"; Korean: 냉차맛 쿠키, naengcha-mat kuki, "Cold/Cooling Tea Cookie") is an NPC who first appeared in the Perfumer's Quest update (v5.12).
He is the best tea expert in the Flower City, having worked at the Camellia Teahouse for a long time.

- Iced Tea Cookie's original name in simplified Chinese (凉茶饼干, liángchá bǐnggān) more accurately translates to Herbal/Cooling Tea Cookie in English. Liang cha is a traditional Cantonese herbal tea said to have medicinal properties, mainly in balancing one's hot air in the body.
- Iced Tea Cookie's Korean name, 냉차맛 쿠키, (naengcha-mat kuki) utilizes characters equivalent to those used in the simplified Chinese name: 냉 (naeng, "cold") and 차 (cha, "tea") versus 凉 (liáng, "cold") and 茶 (chá, "tea"). As a result, his Korean name holds approximately the same meaning as his simplified Chinese name, with both being accurately translated into English as Cooling/Cold Tea Cookie.
