Ice-cold Energy Drink is a Special Treasure released in the Summer Soda Rock Festa mid-update (v4.8).
It is only available from the Acorn Gacha in the limited-time Squirrel Shop, during the summer season.
Description
Behold! This ice-cold energy drink is the Squirrel Shop’s new summer special! This revitalizing drink will turn the Cookie with the lowest HP at the time into a Giant for 8.0 sec, increase their Max HP by 20.0%, and heal them for X% of Max HP. In this state, it will be more difficult to push the Cookie back.
Effect
(Undispellable) Upon activation, 
heals the current lowest HP ally for 15~30% of their Max HP and grants 
Energy Overflow for 8 sec, increasing Max HP by 20% and makes them more resistant to Movement-impairing Effects.
