Holiday Express is a limited-time Event released in The Holiday Express update (v4.15), coinciding with the release of Linzer Cookie and Crème Brûlée Cookie. It runs from December 13th, 2023 to January 4th, 2024. It is a story-based event where players use their deduction skills to progress through the story and solve the mystery.

Overview[]

Holiday Express is divided into five chapters that unlock with time. Each chapter consists of multiple story cutscenes, where players can review any dialogue spoken so far at any time while watching a cutscene.

Chapters also include Investigation and Deduction mini-games. In the Investigation mini-game, players check items and gather evidence from the scene. In the Deduction mini-game, players present the appropriate evidence's points to solve the case. A players gets 3 attempts to guess the solution correctly; if they fail, they will be sent back to the story scene select screen.

Players earn rewards for completing chapter scenes, as well as the chapter itself. Additional rewards can be obtained from the Holiday Express ticket and from completing Achievements.

Holiday Express Ticket[]

All players receive a free Gift Ticket to access the event, which grants rewards upon completing chapters. The Story Ticket and First Class Ticket can only be obtained via in-app purchases, which remove the waiting time for all chapters and grants additional rewards upon completing chapters, including a Station Design and the epilogue cutscene.

Chapter Rewards[]

The timers to unlock chapters only begin counting down once a player opens the event for the first time, instead of at the beginning of the update.

Linzer Cookie's Mystery Achievements[]

Players earn achievement rewards by completing either a chapter's scenes or certain challenges. Challenge achievements involve either solving a case without failing or interacting with all objects in scenes with Investigation mini-games. Progression rewards are also granted for completing a certain number of achievements.
