Herbert Hoo (김허브, gim-heobeu, "Kim Herb") is an NPC who first appeared in The Triple Cone Cup Begins! update (v4.3). He is present only in Romance Kingdom, being one of the six love interests of the story.
Herbert is an 
oddly-familiar high school student attending Kingdom High. He is a gentle soul with a deep love of plants and caring for them. While Herbert is highly kind with a sunny disposition, he tends to be a bit shy and is quite sensitive. This gardening enthusiast has been the protagonist's close friend since childhood, but could the events of one romantic spring season be enough to make the two something more?
